Trade Dress Application (2-3 weeks)
A trade dress protects the commercial look and feel of a product or service that identifies and distinguishes the source of the product or service. It includes the various elements (such as the design and shape of materials) used to package a product or service.
*The Expedited Fee Amount is the flat fee plus 25%.
Trade Dress costs $500 for filing, and cost $450 for each class you would like to protect (minimum of 1, but additional classes will give you additional rights).
